Bio
Anu Joshi is the National Campaign Director for Immigration in the National Political Advocacy Department. Anu previously served as the Vice President of Policy at the New York Immigration Coalition, and worked on successful campaigns to ensure access to drivers licenses for undocumented immigrants in New York and pass municipal voting rights for noncitizens in New York City. Anu has been featured in CNN, The Brian Lehrer Show, Democracy Now!, and The Guardian, among others. Anu spent three years as a child services social worker in the Bay Area and earned her Master’s in Social Welfare from UC Berkeley in 2006.
