Bio
William "Bill" Cobb formerly served as Deputy Director of the ACLU Campaign for Smart Justice. Bill came to the ACLU in January of 2017 with 17 years of advocacy and political organizing experience as a community activist and, later, as a non-profit founder and executive director. Much of Bill’s efforts focused in restoring the rights of people who have been incarcerated in America's jails and prisons.
