Bio
Erica Marshall is the Executive Director of the Idaho Justice Project. Before this, she led the Smart Justice Campaign at the ACLU of Delaware, worked as a public interest litigation attorney, represented indigent clients as a Fellow with a Federal Public Defender's Office, and served on the board of directors of a juvenile diversion program. She is passionate about creating changes in the legal system that will lift up the most marginalized and disadvantaged in our community.
