Bio
Eunice Hyon Min Rho, Advocacy and Policy Counsel, works with ACLU’s state-based affiliates across the country on legislation and advocacy relating to voter suppression, election reform, and religious freedom. Previously, she was with the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, where she organized voter protection campaigns and litigated consumer frauds cases. She has worked as an assistant to the General Counsel of The Legal Aid Society in New York City and also as an associate at the law firm of White & Case. She graduated from Columbia University and the University of Michigan Law School.
