Bio
Fiona Kaye is a senior staff attorney with the ACLU’s Reproductive Freedom Project.
Prior to joining the ACLU, Fiona was litigation counsel in private practice at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP. Fiona also served as a law clerk to Judge Terence T. Evans, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
Fiona received a bachelor’s degree in Social Studies from Harvard College and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
