Bio
Jessica Carns is a Paralegal at the ACLU National Prison Project where she works with a team of attorneys challenging inhumane conditions of confinement across the US through litigation and advocacy. Jessica graduated from the University of Minnesota with a BA in Global Studies and worked as an immigration paralegal in Minneapolis before joining the ACLU in 2018.
