Bio
Milo Inglehart is the COVID-19 Litigation Fellow in the ACLU’s Criminal Law Reform Project, where he litigates against jails and prisons for their responses to the pandemic. Previously, Milo was a Redstone Legal Fellow at the Transgender Law Center, where he improved access to health care for trans and gender nonconforming people, in and outside of detention facilities, through a mix of legal services, policy advocacy, and litigation. Before law school, he worked for the New York City Council on participatory governance projects and policy work to improve access to city services. Milo holds a B.A. in Sociology from Columbia University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
