Congestion Pricing in NYC: The Civil Liberties Perspective

In a quick two-minute video, Robert Perry, the New York Civil Liberties Union's Legislative Director, discusses privacy concerns over New York City's congestion pricing plan. The plan, which was just passed by a narrow margin through the city council Monday night, has the potential to wreak havoc on honest New Yorkers' privacy rights.
