Decision Tomorrow in ACLU v. Reno: Will Justice Prevail?

NEW YORK-- A federal three-judge panel has announced that it will rule tomorrow morning in ACLU v. Reno, the landmark challenge to censorship in cyberspace.
The American Civil Liberties Union will hold a news conference tomorrow morning at their New York national offices to respond to the judges' ruling.
The ACLU will be obtaining an electronic copy of the decision at 9:00 a.m. tomorrow morning and will post it immediately on the ACLU Website <<http://archive.aclu.org>> and America Online site (keyword: ACLU).
WHAT: News conference to respond to three-judge panels' decision in ACLU v. Reno, the landmark challenge to censorship provisions of the Communications Decency Act.
WHO: Lead ACLU attorneys in the case will be joined by ACLU v. Reno plaintiffs as well as plaintiffs in ALA v. DOJ, a second challenge that was consolidated with the case.
